Milo Y. Georgiev, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of EquityInvest.com was named Chairman of the Board in November 2001. He is overseeing the Company's wide strategic planning and overall operations. Mr. Georgiev's primary focus is on EquityInvest.com's plan to redefine investment and trading strategies, guide the Company’s day-to-day operations and corporate approach, and ensure customer success through global partnerships and services. Prior to establishing EquityInvest.com, Milo Georgiev formed ALFA MDG Corp., operating in the field of export-import, venture capital, business consulting, and Internet web design. He holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from High Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Sofia, Bulgaria. His degree was conferred in the United States in 1993. He has also attended MetLife University in Rhode Island, USA and specialized in finance, insurance and investments. Milo Georgiev is the Editor of EquityInvest.com and has a License as a General Securities Representative with NASD. He is providing an audio commentary in equity trading, technical analysis and investing for Atlantic Broadcasting System-Radio, New York. As an author of "The Credit You Deserve", published in 1995, he is considered an expert in the personal finance arena. During his financial career, Mr. Milo Georgiev has worked as a leading financial consultant for a Fortune 500 company - MetLife Securities Inc., and also held stockbrokerage financial consultant positions at National Securities Corp., OLDE Discount Stockbrokers, The Boston Group, and Kimball & Cross Investment Bankers. He was the leader of completing the latest venture capital funding round for SerOptix, Inc., which raised $7,900,000. With an expertise in the areas of finance, engineering and marketing, as well as business advice, Mr. Georgiev is fully qualified to lead EquityInvest.com.

Michael Y. Lu Vice-Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Advisory Board EquityInvest.com Director since 2002

Michael Y. Lu was named Vice-Chairman of the Board of EquityInvest.com in January 2002. Under Mr. Lu's business leadership, EquityInvest.com has set the standards for investment banking. Prior to joining EquityInvest.com, Mr. Michael Lu was the founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the medical reference software company MD OnLine (MDOL) in Lexington, Massachusetts. Mr. Lu was also the founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Laser Medical Corporation in Burlington, Massachusetts. Mr. Michael Lu has spent much of his career in the field of investment banking. As leading his companies, Mr. Lu directly developed the initial products, closed multimillion-dollar US and international sales transactions (PDF File), created profitable operations for many years, and directly invested and raised more than $70 million investment capital for existing and new enterprises. Mr. Michael Lu started his career at Siemens as a systems software engineer, and then went on to become a senior systems engineer in the Computer Engineering Advanced Development Division of General Electric/Honeywell Corporation. Mr. Lu has obtained three US patents, as well as a number of international patents. He did his graduate and advanced studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Medical School. His research focused on computer image and graph processing as well as speech and vision recognition, radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Advanced X-Ray, CT and Nuclear Imaging. He received a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, earned straight A’s from the MIT graduate school, and earned two graduate degrees in Robotics Engineering and Computer Sciences. With an expertise in the areas of investment banking, engineering and marketing, Mr. Lu is fully qualified to lead the Advisory Board of EquityInvest.com.

Slavi B. Treneva Chief Operating Officer Director of Advertising & Design EquityInvest.com Director since 2001

Slavi B. Treneva has been Director of Advertising and Design of EquityInvest.com since November 2001, and Member of the Board since December 2001. She is managing the Company's advertising campaign including target marketing, website developing and promoting, and analyzing competition. Ms. Treneva holds a Masters Degree in Chemistry from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria. Her degree was conferred upon her arrival in the United States. Ms. Treneva has over four years of successful experience in information security analysis and served as business information security director at Fidelity Investments, Inc., Boston. She has defined security access policies and procedures for new applications, performed application access administration, requested verification and execution, and completed audits and terminations for many applications. Ms. Treneva is an expert in validating and analyzing analog lines, eliminating and securing modem lines, and improving ongoing accountability for installed analog lines. She is a Member of the Board of Directors in ALFA MDG Corp., Boston since 1996. Ms. Treneva joined  EquityInvest.com in 2001.

Jonathan D. Morrone

Jonathan D. Morrone, Company’s Director of Marketing, is responsible for Company's domestic sales operations and marketing. He is a Member of the Board since December 2001. He is an accomplished financial professional, highly experienced in accounting management. Mr. Jonathan Morrone is a licensed securities trader with Wien Securities and has been active in venture capital and business consulting since 1990. A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Jonathan studied International finance and trade as well as Mandarin Chinese. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree. Putting his language acumen to test, he lived in Taiwan for three years working in trade and finance as the Asian Trade Representative for the State of Rhode Island's Department of Economic Development. Since then, Jonathan has worked for prestigious Wall Street firms including Gruntal, Hambrecht and Quist, Dean Witter, and National Securities. and has a wealth of knowledge in investment banking and raising capital for high technology startup companies in the Boston area. With an expertise in the areas of finance and marketing, Mr. Morrone is fully qualified to be a director of marketing.

Lubomir A. Dentchev, Company’s Director of Marketing and International Sales, is responsible for Company's international operations division in the field of export-import business and marketing. He is the head of EquityInvest.com offices in Europe. Under Mr. Dentchev's business leadership, EquityInvest.com has set the standards for marketing and managing a business. Mr. Dentchev holds a Ph.D. in economics from University of Sofia, Bulgaria. He specialized in business management for two years in Germany and Poland. He has an enormous business consulting experience and is the author and founder of Direct Pricing Strategy (DPS) that could be implemented successfully in any business. He has also written a paper about business management of nuclear power plants, published in the University of Pisa, Italy. Prior to joining EquityInvest.com, Mr. Dentchev has been in charge of D & D Consulting, Ltd. for ten years. D & D Consulting, Ltd is a leading international marketing and distributing company. During his working career, Mr. Dentchev has consulted more than 42 companies in the fields of trade, business management, food processing and distributing, wood and lumber distributing, and tourism.

Stephen R. Feldman, Chairman of the Board of Feldman Sherb & Co., P.C., a professional accounting firm in New York, which he co-founded in 1975. Feldman, Sherb & Co., P.C. is among Top Auditing Firms in the world. The Firm is ranked as high as 14 in Bowman's Accounting Report - "America's Top Audit Firms". Mr. Feldman has developed an expertise in the areas of audits, mergers and acquisitions, business advisory and new capital formation. He currently is deputy president of DFK international, a worldwide association of accounting firms and serves on its executive committee and board of directors. Mr. Feldman received a B.B.A. degree from the University of Miami and is a member of the New York, Florida and California State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.

Daniel O. Jensen, Chairman and Founder of Jenkon, currently serves on the Board of Directors. Jenkon is the largest software developer for direct selling companies in the world and has worked with over 800 direct selling/network marketing companies. Under the strong leadership of Daniel Jensen, Jenkon has programmed over 1,000 compensation plans to date with over 10 million commission checks calculated, and it is awarded DSA Partnership Award in 1997. Daniel Jensen has also consulted with hundreds of companies on compensation plans. He is a speaker at various DSA and other industry events, and is teaching an in-depth course for direct selling executives on sales force compensation. His many years of experience is shared as he guides the principles, pitfalls, and strategies of managing and enhancing a compensation plan.
