Milo Georgieff
Milo is a financial professional with more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, financial advice, public securities trading, private equity transactions, and real estate industries. He has completed the largest bank-private equity acquisition transaction in EU-Southeast Europe in Q1 2009. During his time with MetLife Securities, USA, Milo won the Boston office's sales financial person of the month award. Milo developed a quantitative investing methodology for the equities universe that has subsequently evolved into an all-encompassing portfolio management model for a range of asset classes. He produced an audio commentary program on equity trading, technical analysis, and investing for Atlantic Broadcasting System-Radio "ABS Live," New York. Additionally, he wrote research newsletters highlighting his quantitative portfolio management approach, including "The DJIA Tomorrow". Milo holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Sofia University and an equivalent of Bachelor's degree in Finance & Investments from MetLife University, U.S.Milo has a solid experience with Series 7,24,55,63,65 financial licenses in the U.S.

Vladimir Vladimirov
Vladimir is an experienced finance professional with over 15 years of experience in asset allocation and risk management. He was the first quant strategist at Eclectica Asset Management- the leading London-based global macro hedge fund, where he played a pivotal role in developing a quantitative investment process that attracted significant investments from institutional investors such as Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and CDPQ-Quebec Deposit and Investment Fund. Vladimir also has experience working at HSBC’s Global Headquarters in London and Manulife Investment Management, where he improved global risk models and examined alternative data for alpha generation. Additionally, he improved global risk models and examined alternative data for alpha generation at Manulife Investment Management, which manages over $600Bn AUM spread across several hundred thematic investment funds.
Vladimir graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Yale University in the US and obtained a Master of Philosophy degree in Finance from the University of Exeter Business School in the UK.

Angel Djalazov
Angel is a highly qualified banker with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, M&A, asset management, fintech, and corporate finance. He has managed companies and supervised funds ranging from EUR 30M to EUR 6BN, and led numerous successful M&A transactions in the financial services industry. Angel has held several senior management positions, including Executive Director at OnetoOne Corporate Finance, National Guarantee Fund, MFI & Bulgarian Development Bank, and PE Capital Dynamics, Luxembourg. Angel's leadership abilities were demonstrated during his tenure as CEO of KD Group, a multinational investment banking group with over $1 billion in investments in Eastern Europe. Additionally, Angel served as Deputy Chairman of the Financial Supervisory Commission in Bulgaria for seven years and was a member of the Supervisory Board of both the European Insurance and Occupational Pension Authority (EIOPA) and the European Securities and Market Authority (ESMA).Angel holds three Master's degrees in Law, Management, and Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, RSM, and Sofia University.
